That clears up the "Tag Fairy" portion of the mystery - what about the tag itself - IS it the quote in blue under the username or is it something else? Thanks for the help

I am so looking forward to this.
I was married in Oct but my mother became very ill and passed away. We had been planning this trip for a long time. It was going to be a honeymoon but taking wife mother sister and mother in law. But when mom became ill and passed we just could not go. We are all in a better place and are now going on the 8th of March. Mom would have loved to go but we are taking her in our hearts

I would also like to know exactly what the tag is???
I never knew this could happen.
The only thing I see that is different is the blue quote under some of the user name but not all???.....is that the tag???....and if so who comes up with the quote?????
