My brother plays the trumpet and just has pretty extensive rotator cuff surgery....so he is a bit stressed over recovery...rught now can't even lift his arm let alone hold a horn all night..but they are psyched!

Hey Rita! All you need to do is hop a flight to Illinois, I'll take care of the tix! It is for a July 4th Fest...outdoor venue...the mainstage is on a lake, very cool setting. We were there last year to see Big Bad Voodoo Daddy (swing band, I know you must like them a little ) and we were commenting how cool would it be if their band played there...who knew? I know Smash Mouth has been out of the limelight lately (reality shows, etc.) but this is still huge for a bunch of guys who have been friends since high school /garage band...the only bad part...my brother and I had just been talking about going to see CHICAGO/HUEY LEWIS the same night...and he said, watch we'll get tix for that and then a great jonb offer will come up...KARMA, BABY...KARMA!!!!!!!!!!
WOO-HOOOOOOOOOO! The exposure they will get from this is HUGE! People come from all over for this fest...called EYES TO THE SKIES as it is a Hot Air Balloon festival over 4/5 days.

Looks like their neighboring competition is REO Speedwagon....same night, fest a town oever...Kevin Cronin (REO lead singer grew up a few blocks from us, there's that Karma thing again) wow...looking like a pretty cool summer band lineup aroound here..best part...like $5 bucks to get in!
All you Chicago Diser's...come out July 1st to the Lisle Eyes to The Skies Fest and support The Way Cool Rythym Fools ...oh yeah, you get to see SmashMouth too..!
