Omg My Account Is Gone!!!!!

Maltoo's account is missing!

I am getting this message...

We still can't find an account with this E-mail Address or Member Name and Password. If you would like to create a new account, please register now.

I know the password I use the same one for every character...

BlueFairy got in but Maltoo account is missing she is my main character and has everything she is a CL, she has everything anyone has ever given to me Magic, Gold Ears, Crowns oh no what am I going to do....I am a grown woman and I am devasted right now...

Thats terrible news! Do you have an email from VMK at all? Weird that a CL account would just vanish.. Keep us posted!

as in I have been ban....no not a possibility...Maltoo hardly played yesterday just got her credits and left so I could not have done anything wrong to be ban.


OMGosh I was in such a panic but I went to Disney.com logged into my account there and changed my password went back to VMK and was able to log in it is loading right now.

Somehow VMK was not recognizing my password! When I changed it(actually put in the same one again)it seemed to fix the problem. Still loading VMK so will know in a few minutes if everything is ok.



I think this is some sort of computer glitch.

Hope no one else runs into this.....

me too must have been some sort of bug....that was not a good feeling.

If anyone else has a problem logging in because it is not recognizing your account try going to Disney.com and changing your password.

mal, was just going to say that about the pw. I just went through all of my and my kids characters and mules fine and got credits. Just went to go back in as MousseDude and it wouldnt take my pw. I didnt get the message you did, i just got the usual invalid password one, but i typed the same exact pw like 9-10 times and it finally let me in. so yeah, there must be a bug at the moment in regards to passwords.

Really terrible feeling to think that all you have worked so hard to obtain could be gone in an instant....nothing on the scale of real life I know, but would be sad just the same.

strange. I know that yesterday my husband tried to create an account and it wouldn't let us. It only would permit one of us at our e-mail address. It did allow me and my son, but not 2 adults. I wonder if they changed the system somehow. We were at VMK central at MK trying to create a character for him. It allowed ds to create another, but not either me or dh.

I beleive it has always been that way as far as 1 adult per email addy.

But with a child you can have unlimited children on one email addy.

Someone correct me if this is wrong please.

Lovethattink did you do the Quest Tour I just read that the Haunte Mansion is off the DL tour until Jan. are they still doing HM at WDW?

happened to me yesterday with my mule! I only just made her for the party you know, and then she could not get out and play. I was very depressed thinking I had forgot the password (I knew I hadn't)

Checked it after seeing your post Mal, and all is fine in that Mule's world!

That happened to a couple of mules I made that when I was working them I lost connection could never get them back so just gave up and made a new one must have been a password thing.

Oh well.they are gone because I did not write anything down and that was over a week ago.

Of the Two tours POC or HM I'd take HM anyday! I love POC but HM is my favorite ride although POC is my favorite Movie and it has nothing to do with Johnny Depp *cough*cough* hey was that lightening
