I saw it on the BBC website and that was exactly what I sent to my friend who is pg at the moment - I must say it bought tears to my eyes!

Imagine carrying it, never mind giving birth that just doesn't bear thinking about.... thank goodness for c sections!

I have a scan on Tuesday to see approximately the size of my baby...I do NOT want to hear double digits!

oh my! and i thought my son was big at 10lb 8oz.
they do say heavier the baby the easier the labour.
took me 25 mins of labour. the weight of him he just fell out....

Not really, she's been normal sized so far (45-50th percentile) but as I was overweight to start with its hard to guess now what size she might be without scanning her.

I guess stories like this Siberian baby don't help someone as slightly paranoid as me!
