you should really call back and speak to a supervisor, explain your situation and that paying that money is beyond your means at this time. another poster did mention that they were thinking they'd get refunded and got a credit, what they also may do is be 'processing' your credit for so long you'll have more bills to pay!2angelsinheaven said:Problem is sadly I don't have savings, I know, bad news, esp. when something like this comes up. if you call back, write down the name of the person you spoke to, and if you don't get good results try either another supervisor or ask for the supervisors supervisor.
