OMG! I am so mad at Disney!

I made the ressies last Wednesday for my Mom and I to go down in September.

She calls me this afternoon and tells me that she got our "itinerary". I made the ressies. My mother hasn't made ressies for WDW since 1995. And, how did they get their address when they moved in 2000.

See, I wasn't telling her how much everything totaled out to be because I wanted to pay for most of it and I didn't want her to have to worry over her finances. Turns out, when I called Disney about it, EVERYTHING is in my mother's name?!?

Oh well...we're going to have a good time anyway!

Well, that's just weird. It's too bad your mom found out about the prices. I wonder how it all got into her name. CRO has the oddest systems I've ever heard of.

Having once worked for CRO, if the person was involved in the "household" prior, then it is possible that they just did a search for the name, then added in the new information. As for the address, you mom may have requested the newest DVD at some time, thus giving the address in their system. The point is, The address was in their system, as a household. Rather than create a new household, they used the one already on file. Unfortunately this just sent the info to your mom, not to you.

Yeah, but I know she didn't call to do that (the DVD) and I was the one to make the ressies for the last 3 trip we all took. I live separately from Mom so I am just confused. No biggie though. We'll have a good time. And, I told her the amount was wrong
