we got a Fedex slip at our door yesterday. hopefully they will re-deliver today.... whee!

isn't that cool!!! all the way to australia....i just think that's the coolest thing....i know..i'm easily pleased...

I got mine yesterday too! Along with the documents from my April Birthday trip! It was a very Disney heavy mail day for me. Can't wait to meet everyone in December!

I got the announcement in the mail stating when I could book, when final payment was due, and what my sail date was. By my estimation, they are ten months behind Tracy.

i think it's cool too! i mean, it arrived on the same day as some of you guys in the US. pretty amazing really!

I'm not in the states, i'm in Israel...that's why i was sooooooooooo surprised when the fedex guy drove up to our house...
i was sure it was a business related package for DH...
but no...it was from Mickey!!! so cool....

Yes, but....
What everybody is getting right now isn't the cruise documents.
It's a brochure with information about the 4 day cruise.

The cruise documents will be sent out to people that have paid in full but they aren't sending those out until at least one month before the cruise date.

i guess if you've paid your deposit...
it really isn't much that you get - a brochure about the cruise and a greeting card (sort of the shape of a hallmark card) from mickey welcoming you..

just a thin envelope...not really a big deal..
but i was so surprised, since i signed up ages ago (whenever pete first announced it), so i wasn't thinking about it...
and we don't go for such a long time from now, it was just a surprise...
and the idea that they fedexed it to us halfway around the world..
well...it was really exciting for me...

i guess i'm excitable...
but i haven't been to WDW for over 2 years now....that is soooooooooo long for me....
so anything disney related arriving on my doorstep is just beyond cool....

There is no real logic in when DCL sends these out...
Lots of us booked from day 1 and some of us did booked later and some got them, some didn't....

If it's anything like the systems I work with, the mailings will go out in batches, probably handled by an external 3rd party (just assuming like), so this will certainly explain why some have received the mailing and others not.
You ain't missing much, but obviously it's nice to get the postcard from Mickey and Goofy, gawd bless em
