Here is what I think.
VMK is having an amusing time sitting back and enjoying the show. They have managed to make players go against players. They have managed to reach into the minds of many by making players look for reasons of debate. VMK did this: They said *here is a -bear- rug, debate it and hold rooms of debating*. People saw "bear rug" and by VMK putting debatable access to this it has brought out all of the animal rights activists to merely become confused between virtual life and real life. People soon forget that this bear image is only a pixled 2D image of a brown bear rug. Some people begin to believe this as a symbol of killing bears but who said anything about actually shooting a bear down? VMK has dug into the sensitive heads of some people. They did this with outstanding ability, and with undetectable occurance. If VMK had stated "Debate Christmas Tree" can we guess what may have happened then? VMK must not have wanted religious outbreaks in VMK but seem not mind over animal rights activists. VMK could have virtually said "debate" on any item they hold and people would have found the debatable side and force it.
Here is my opinion:
I do not like the killing of animals (as I have said before) but I voted "Cute". Now, I must hand the trophy over to VMK and shake their hands properly for they have succeeded in turning VMK into a chaotic playground filled with angry and confused people trying desperatly to get their opinions heard and believed. VMK has not only ripped into the minds of these unknowing people but they did it with their heads held high. I can only imagine what a laugh they must be getting as they lean back into their chairs and enjoy this spectacular show.
