I was just sorting through a pile of old junk that had accumulated on my desk, and I found an unopened envelope from Disney Destinations. Through the address window, I see "PIN XXXXX XXXXX XXXXX".
I think I almost fainted right then and there. I had absolutely NO IDEA where this envelope came from, when it was from, or how it ended up on my desk. Given how buried it was, I figured it was probably expired already, but opened it up to take a look.
It was a PIN code for free dining for a bunch of dates from August 2013 through December 2013. The book by date was 8/14/2013.
I can only figure that my husband tossed it on my desk one day, and I didn't notice it before it got buried under other stuff.
I'd be a lot more upset about this is, but it actually wasn't valid for the dates we're going in December (12/6-12/15)! Though, had I known, maybe I would have changed our dates a little bit, LOL.
Ever since I started learning about Disney discounts and pin codes over the summer, I've been hoping maybe I would get a pin code. And here there's been one sitting on my desk for at least the last few months, unknown to me. Go figure! Now I'll probably never get one again.
