Well for us anyway! 
At 37 days out, I was lucky enough to have the oppertunity to switch our reservation to free dining at Animal Kingdom Lodge!!! 
We've never stayed Deluxe before, and may never have the chance to do so again, I'm beyond excited. I miscalculated and thought it would only be an extra $1000 to switch, in reality it was an extra $1700. I knew we could never aford it and told DH that, and not to worry about it, POP would be fine. We'll he got home from work, and said, "go look at your MDE, I think there's an issue with some of the ADR's, they're missing." So I log on and the resort comes up saying AKL
(there was nothing wrong with the ADR's...sneeky DH)
