Going to OKW for the first time in July. We were wondering about Olivia's ... worth our time and money? We have three kids 11,8,and 5. The lastest members news made it sound great. But I would believe you guys~

We had an enjoyable dinner at Olivia's just a few weeks ago. My DD's liked the pasta and my DH enjoyed his meal which was recommended by the waiter. I had the Mahi Mahi which was very good. The restaurant was only half full. Our waiter's name was Katoe and very well informed with the menu.

We will be back in July. When in July are you going?

Olivia's has had problems in the past but recent reviews and my personal experience last year would suggest it is a very nice alternative presently. It's a nice location for a light or medium meal. Good luck and enjoy.

Dinner at Olivia's is good. Kato is the best waiter anywhere. The last time we were there and had breakfast, it was just okay. We will also be there in July, 1-8th at BWV and 8-14th at OKW.

We've always had good food at Olivia's. The service was sometimes spotty...probably because it can get ridiculously busy being the only real restaurant at OKW. Try it, I'm sure you'll like it. My favorite for lunch in the roast beef sandwich....forget what they call it...but it's fantastic.

We have always had very good meals at Olivia's over the years. Last month we had nice breakfast with some friends who live nearby. We had time to just catch up with each other. Late in the week we ate a late lunch with another friend - again very good food & service with plenty of time to relax & catch up. The CMs there have pin lanyards at the checkin desk!

thanks Doc for the picture I am getting sooooo home sick only 2 more days happy dancing here LOL

We have found Olivia's to be spotty. Most times we have enjoyed our meals there, but on occasion we have had terrible experiences. This, however, is nothing against Olivia's, because this happens with resturants all the time. Any resturant can have a bad day.

We ate there twice our last trip, once for lunch and once for dinner. I agree about the roast beef sandwich, very good. Our dinner was excellent as well. It was busy at dinner and we still received good service.

Great pic Doc!!

Where'd did you take this from? Across the canal with a zoom lens or from a boat?

We ate at Olivia's three times during our trip in April - lunch on our first day, a dinner during the week, and breakfast on the day of checkout. All three times the service was good and the food was okay. We ate there on the day we arrived before our room was ready and it was very convenient. I also found it to be a very relaxing atmosphere, but it was not busy any of the times that we ate there.

That was from across the canal (near building 23) with a zoom.

If your kiddos ordered a sandwhich they are huge and can be shared easily.
DW and I had lunch their recently and split one and had plenty to eat, with a cool brew. Olivia's can get noisy when crowded. But so can a lot of other restaurants at Disney.

For a while I was quite the cheerleader for Olivia's but on our last visit in December they really let me down.

On our first visit this trip we ate inside and had very slooooow service but the food was good (prime rib sandwich). The next day we had lunch at Good's, the same prime rib sandwich, and it was terrible. Tough and dry. I think that they threw it together and warmed it in the microwave.

I love the atmosphere but the service and food are very hit or miss.

We just got back 6/26 and we had dinner at Olivia's twice and enjoyed both meals. It was nice not to worry about having ps ressies and getting a great meal. The Mahi Mahi, steak and shrimp over penne were all excellent and nicely prepared. Our kids enjoyed having the mickey waffles for breakfast. I enjoyed the warm, home feeling of Olivia's. Have a great trip!!

We are leaving in 1 day...can't wait.

We ususally eat at Olivia's on the day we arrive when we are unbending from our long drive, but never go there during the stay. The one time we went there for dinner it was already closed.
I find Olivia's to be better food that many Disney resturants.
