We had a poor experience at Olivia's this past week. I still think the lunches are fine, but we wont be going back for dinner. We were with a party of 6 adults and 4 children. We were seated around 7:30, and the service was not the best.
We ordered the following :
2 Prime Rib Dinners
2 Penne Pasta w/ Chicken
1 Key Lime Mojo Roasted Chicken Breast
1 Crab Crusted Mahi Mahi
kids:
1 Pizza w/ veggies
1 Mac & Cheese
Service was very slow getting our drinks (and refills). Once dinner finally came, as I went to put pepper on the prime rib, the pepper shaker was broken, and as I tipped it, broken glass and loads of pepper spilled on my dinner. This was the one time that the wait staff was attentive, they immediately came over, apologized (I know this was not their fault) and said they would get another dinner right out. The other prime rib was extremely dry and also sent back.
The pasta dishes were the best thing we got. The Crab Crusted Mahi Mahi was a very small portion (for a dinner), and the Key Lime Mojo Chicken was good, but the rice was bland and dry.
The prime rib was sub par, even after both came back. And, it took quite awhile to get the kids their sundae's after dinner.
If we stay at OKW again, Olivia's is fine for lunch (really good as a matter of fact), but I doubt I would go again for dinnner, too many other choices, and much better at that.
