Olivias for dinner?

As we are staying at SSR, thought we might try Olivias at OKW. The menu looks interesting and I'd like to check out the resort. Who has eaten there and what did you have? Can you walk from SSR to OKW? A second option is to go to DTD to eat instead to our favorite Earl of Sandwich.

We enjoy Olivia's, but never really considered it a destination dining spot. I think the chef/management has been sensitive to guest's comments in recent months, and our last meal there was really good. I had a grilled chicken dish, which had sort of a sweetish glaze and a Cuban leaning ... DD had shrimp fettucine alfredo, which she gobbled up. Can't remember what DW had. I'd consider it for a good, decent, simple meal, but that's about as far as my expectations would take me.

I'm trying to picture in my mind if there's any way to walk from SSR to OKW without walking along the roadside. However you got there, it'd be quite the hike, I'm thinking.

I know there is a pathway from Downtown Disney to OKW. It brings you in around building 44, I think. I know we were in 46 one time and the path was on the other side of the quite pool.

We enjoy Olivia's and have had no problems there. We usually eat there once per trip. I do agree that it is nothing spectacular. We usually have hamburgers or pasta.
