If you mean the actual house, it would have to be the foundation. It doesn't read like you mean possessions, so I'm going with that

Our house was built in 1874. Walls, floors, foundation, etc.

My house was built in 1930. If you mean item in my home, I use an antique buffet an my TV console from 1915.

my house is less than 3 years old and it does too. No idea why the builder made that choice. Didn't wire for internet, but I have a phone jack.

My Internet uses the phone lines in the house to connect to the fiber. So at least at my house, my phone jacks are the internet wiring even though most of us use WiFi.

My actual house is 37 years old. We have a few antiques that I guess would be the oldest. I have a few things from when I was a baby, so those things would be 44 years old.

The master bath is all Art Deco coolness that dates from the mid-30s. I plan on keeping it that way. The house itself appears to have been built in the 30s, but the titles to the property which I have copies of going back to the 19th century are somewhat unclear. Earlier than the 30s there is mention of buildings on the property, but perhaps there was an earlier house that was replaced by this one.

We have some furniture and the basement bar built out of barn wood from one of our old barns. Wood came from this farm when they built it about 1900. We torn down the old house that was here and built a new one about 8 years ago, but were also able to save fireplace mantles and some fixtures.

Our home was built in 1918. We have a number of very old trees surrounding your yard. When we bought it, the owners had lived here for 45 years. We tried to take the wallpaper off to paint and then decided to call a professional. There were 7 layers of it on our walls. I am not sure who the original owner was, but the hardwood floors in our living room "look" to be the original floors, according to the prior owner.

We live in a 1924 Foursquare . All of the wood floors , interior doors, doorknobs , trim and window framing are original. There are also two small original stained glass windows.
All the things that needed to be updated for comfort and efficiency have been .. wiring, plumbing, windows etc.

The newer section of our house was built in 1857. We don’t know exactly how old the other section is but it’s definitely decades older.

My current house was built in the 1990s, so nothing is old. The house we lived in before this one is about 100 though. When we redid the bathroom, we found original horsehair plaster!
