Old unexpired tickets

I have heard that old, unexpired WDW tickets with days remaining on them are honored by Disney.
Recently, we found one of my old park hopper tickets from 1995 with my photo and signature with one day left and then an adult and child ticket from 1991, no photo or signature, with 2 days left on each.
First question: Do they honor the ones from 1991?
Second question: How do you redeem these, just at the front gate, or has anyone taken them to like a Disney Store to get tickets?

Call Disney customer service. They will tell you to scan your old tickets and email them. It's pretty easy.

2. you will have to exchange them for new tickets at guest services at the parks,
