So I was looking around a for a few places to eat out of the Disney area and came across an area called "Old Town Anaheim" around 15 minutes drive. Looks like a nice area to find a few eateries. Can anyone give me any information about this area. We specifically looked at Gabbi's Mexican.

You are looking for "Old Town Orange" not Anaheim. Gabbi's is near the Plaza (sometimes called the circle--there is a traffic circle at the main intersection with a fountain/grass area). It's a great restaurant. Most of the shops in the area are vintage/antique/shabby chic. Many of them are close early in the evenings. There is also a great Cuban restaurant nearby (Felix's). Lots of public parking behind the buildings. Oh...Watson's Drug Store has an old fashion soda fountain/casual restaurant that's a lot of fun.

The cross streets are Glassell Ave and Chapman Ave. Both are reasonably large streets, easy to find.
