How do I figure out how much it will cost me to upgrade a 4 day park hopper pass (new, never used) to a 6 day MYW plus ticket?
And is Guest relations before the entrance of Magic Kingdom, I was hoping to upgrade my ticket before entering the park...

Thank you for your help :earsboy: :earsboy: :)

I would call 407-WDW-MAGIC before you leave and ask them the best way to handle it.

If you are staying on site, you might be able to do it there, but otherwise you would have to do it at the ticket & transpertation center before you get to the Magic Kingdom.

Guest Relations at the MK is located outside the park to the extreme right hand side of the banks of turnstiles. That is where you can have your transaction done.

Accurate dollar figures can only be ascertained after Guest Relations scans your old ticket but the general rule of thumb is that for an unused ticket you will get what you paid for it as a credit but there are exceptions depending on when and where the ticket was originally purchased. That's why only GR can tell you for sure what its value is.

I thought Guest Relations was inside the park at city hall? That is the only one I know about...

which means if there is another one, I just learned something new!

There are guest relations windows both inside and outside the theme parks.

Pre-2005 tickets may be used as-is* or traded up towards (MYW) tickets with more days, etc. If the old ticket is completely unused, it may be traded towards an MYW ticket with any features.

Nowadays, trading up is generally a better deal (not by much) than using an old ticket as-is if you also need to buy a new MYW ticket to finish the vacation with and your vacation is 5 to 10 days.

* Exchanged at no cost for an equivalent ticket that fits in the turnstiles if needed.

When we need to go to Guest Services for a special assistance pass, we go the day before we plan to visit a park. We usually go to the Guest Services at EPCOT, and if we go right before closing and explain about going to GS. They just wave us through. Of course, if you stay onsite, just show your parking pass. Then we park and take the tram to the GS near the entrance, and don't use a pass to get inside the park.
