 can anyone inform me on some old tickets i have left from past wdw trips. Will I be able to get credit toward the price of a curret ticket..These are several years old..Pre park Hopper Plus days./.Though they are muti day tickets with unused days still on them. thanks for any help

Hi Smiten and welcome to the DIS! By all means take along those old tickets, since at the very least you'll be able to apply them towards the purchase of new tickets. However, if they're multi day tickets, you'll probably be able to use them as is, but only in the theme parks that were in existence when you first purchased the tickets. So, if they pre-date MGM, for example, you'd be able to use them at MK and Epcot only. It's possible they'd have to re-issue those old tickets so they can be used for fastpass.

Have fun!

I'm not sure about credit-I think everyone suggests that you won't make out very well financially. Last month we used several tickets from 1987 and 1989 with one day left on them. We just went to the gate and CMs stamped them, and in we went. However, I don't believe MK allows this, it only worked at Epcot and MGM (1989 tickets). And we didn't use FP, so I don't know the situation there. But surprisingly too the tickets were child's tickets, and DSs are now 20 and 23. No questions! So my 6'3" DS went in to Epcot with a child's ticket from 1987!

Unless your tickets state otherwise, they never expire. Thus, you can just use them as they are (although it's better to have them converted to the current ticket format so that you can use them with the FastPass machines without having to beg a CM to print them off for you). Doing that is free. You can see all four parks with the tickets you have, even if the park didn't exist when the tickets were purchased. The rule that once restricted that was retired some time ago.

Using them to get a credit is a bad idea - since you will only get a credit based on what you originally paid for them, you are essentially throwing money out of the window by upgrading them.
