Old tickets still showing up on MDE?

I have 9, yes 9 used tickets still showing up on my MDE account from our last trip. I'm pretty certain these tickets have zero days left. Planning a Feb trip(have room only booked so far at CR) and worried these 'ghost tickets' will somehow cause problems or confusion when purchasing tickets for upcoming trip. Is it normal for these to still be showing on my account? On a side note, these existing tickets allow me to book FP's 30 days out...allowing me to practice the whole FP and modification scenarios. Also, why would the system allow me to book FP at all for tickets that have been used already?

When was the last trip? Any chance it was back when there was no expiring tickets? I'd call and ask.

I can't say why it's letting you book FPs, on my app my old tickets show up under "previous reservations"

That is far from a "side note." It is significant.
How many "days" of FP+ will the system allow you to make?
It would be very interesting to see how many FP+ you can get with these "ghost tickets."

It is 9 tkts total... 3 assigned to me, 2 each for DW and both DD's. I can book 7 days of FP's on these 'ghost tickets'. When I attempt to reassign tickets to others in my party(they have never traveled with us before) it tells me there is a problem "selected tickets are used or expired".

You have never said how many "days" are on these ghost tickets (EACH.)
So saying that you can book 7 days of FP+ doesn't tell us enough info.
Nor did you say that you attempted more than 7 days of "test" FP+, nor did you say if you
were booking these "test" FP+ for one ghost ticket, several ghost tickets, or all of these ghost tickets.

For us to follow and assess your exact situation, we really need a LOT of detail.

I can cut to the chase and just offer:

A. Just leave everything as-is and just buy new tickets for your upcoming trip, and see
if the ghost ticket situation resolves itself. (It's no problem to have "extra" tickets
in your MDE account even when you purchase new tickets.)

B. If the problem persists, (and you have a lot of spare time to spend on the phone)
you should call WDW I.T. and fully explain your situation so that they can resolve it.

I had a lot of used up tickets, expired APs on my MDE account for multiple people. I was getting so confused.....called and got all the old ones removed.
Nice and clean now.....for now

I have the same issue with ghost tickets mine are from at trip to WDW 3 years ago! I was able to book FP+ at 60 days out for my trip in September with these ghost tickets since I had an onsite hotel reservation even without buying new tickets. When I purchased my new tickets for my visit the FP+ I book stayed.

Adding for my experience.

I have 5-day ghost tickets from a trip a few months ago, and while it has allowed me to make reservations 30 days out (instead of the standard 7 my pass gets), I still am only allowed to book 4 days (the limit for my pass)

When all the tickets were unused, I was able to book 9 days on my pass before it told me I had reached my limit.
