I have an old one day ticket that I am thinking about cashing in. Will I need to surrender the actual ticket or is there a way for them to "void" the ticket and let me keep it? It has sentimental value as it was a prize won during the 15th anniversary and I want to keep the actual ticket.

Sometimes the CM can accommodate you. Sometimes not.

Before your trip, do a good high-resolution scan of the ticket, just in case you need
to have a nice copy printed.
