Old Thread About Crocs and Blisters.....

A few weeks ago I saw a thread about someone who was getting "blisters" from her Crocs. I think it was here on this board, but I can't find it now.

Several ideas were offered as a remedy, and one in particular caught my eye. Body Glide and stick deodorant were mentioned as ways to prevent blisters. What is Body Glide? Is it a "personal lubricant"???

I'm heading down in 5 days with new Croc's which don't seem as roomier (Crocs RX) as my old ones (Beach) do and I already can see a "potential hot spot" on the side of my foot.

So if anyone remembers that note I'd love to know what this stuff is and how it works.

i find that the regular crocs are not a good fit for my foot but the mary janes are. also i find that they are much better with a sock, even a thin one.

i found the ones with the sock linner at disney at new years last year when there was a rare freeze and we needed something warm. those were the life savers of the trip. not only warm, but to sooth my feet that were so sore and tired from walking so much. they were fantastic and i will never make another trip to disney without them---even in the summer.

I'm the reverse; the MaryJanes are not wide enough for me but the Beach Style are wonderful. I made the assumption that the RX would be the same fit and I was wrong. But I'll wear them in WDW but I have to be very careful that I don't develop blisters. I think I'll definately bring my 'old' Beach Crocs also.

Oh and someone also replied on another thread about "BodyGlide" and sent me the information.
