Soooooo, Periwigs @ BC. Anyone have any idea what a man's haircut costs? And do they do the Mickey sequins in your hair there?

Well I called Disney and updated our ressie...we've switched to the dark side! My hubby has been dieing to try out the Yacht Club but we've had such good luck at the BC that we were hard pressed to do it.

So we are officially LV CL at the Yacht Club Dec 9-17!!

So for all of you YC CL vets...since we will have a 3yo and a 5 month old, we want to request a room farthest from SAB but also would like to be near the Lounge. I tried looking at the old room map to figure it out and it looks like the lounge is on the side closest to Swan/Dolphin and not on the SAB side but I'm not positive...could anyone help? TIA!

The YC Club lounge is on the side facing the parking area, and (almost) directly over the entrance where you would drive up. It is very close to the main elevators. There are some good photos on Allears (YC photo gallery) that can orient you.

I hope you have a fantastic trip!! We love BC too, but YC CL is our favorite.

We are off to WDW next Saturday! Still have some shopping to do with my girls. Finding shorts for teen girls is difficult if you want them to actually cover their bottom. I think I am going to have to do laundry unless we can find several more pairs for each of them. Is bug spray something we need to bring if we plan on being at the parks late? If you can think of any other unusual things that we should pack can you please share them with me.

Hi there. Yes, there was a bounceback offer in my room. I didn't take a picture of it so I'm going off memory. I believe it was something like 35% off a vacation for select dates in 2012. I did notice that it went all the way into December if that helps.

I am going to try to remember to take a picture of the BB offer when I go back to the room

Ok, I am going to try to post some pictures of our room. We were in Club Lounge room number 5232. It was standard view and while we enjoyed HAVING the full balcony, we didn't actually go on it that much. Here were some pictures I took when we first arrived:

The room is way away from the Club Lounge. We essentially walked down the hallway next to the lounge all the way to the end of the THAT hallway. We took a left and then walked all the way down another hallway almost to end before we got to our room. Still, it was amazing.

Here are some details on the RFID monitors at the Yacht Club. First I show the notice we got on our door and then the RFID box itself. They were adding RFID boxes to the elevators but they weren't working so they put tape over them before I could photograph them.

You're Welcome. I will say that it only worked with one side of the card when I tried it. Not sure if I'm just an imbecile or something but it was really convenient for the last couple of days of our trip.
