How is it?

We are gonna be staying here and werent sure whether to grab a quick meal here before we head out or wait till we get to the parks?

We are fairly health conscious adults and would likely be interested in their salads, grilled or rotisserie chicken, & turkey.

Also, any frozen yogurt here?

Thanks!

OK never stayed here but have gone to the food court. It had a good range of healthy snacks (fresh fruit included) and I believe there was a salad section where they made salads to order

Gismo is right. There are some healthy options available. Lots of fresh fruit, caesar salads (well, I guess the dressing isn't that good for you).

We were pleased with the offerings at Old Port Royale.

The Grab-N-Go section had lots of fresh fruit (melon, grapes, cantalope, etc.), yogurt with granola topping, boiled eggs, salads, jellos, fresh made sandwiches and breads. The pizza and pasta station had just that....pizza, pasta, breadsticks and they also made fresh tossed caeser salads. The next station had cheeseburgers, chicken strips, hot dogs and the like. Another station makes steak and cheese sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, reuben sandwiches, etc. The last section is open only for dinner and it had rotissiere chicken and lots of veggies.

In the mornings, you will find biscuits, bacon, sausage, Mickey waffles (with or without fruit toppings), omlets, scrambled eggs, etc. The Grab-N-Go section was pretty much the same as the lunch and dinner options.
You can also purchase the fresh breads and toast them. You will find small cup type packages of peanut butter for sale. I think they were 50 cents. When I asked about the same type packages of cream cheese, a CM told me they were no charge.

At the condiment station, there are lots of teas, sauces, jellies, etc. to choose from.

I think you guys could certainly find something healthy to eat Old Port Royale.

Thanks everyone-that was so helpful!
and actually for the diet I am on, caesar dressing is just what I'll be looking for!!

I do plan to splurge a little...just don't want to waste my splurges in a food court, ya know?

We were very pleased with the offerings and they have a make your own salad area. I never went there but the salads people were getting looked fantastic. I was drawn in by the very fattening fettuccini alfredo!! It was good too.
