You'll love OKW. The Hospitality House area is reserved for members as far as I understand it. We stayed in Building 29 on Peninsular Rd and it was a nice location as far as we were concerned. A short walk to the bus stop, a short walk to the HH area, not too loud. The Peninsular Rd bus stop is usually the first stop on the bus loop around the resort so you're pretty much guarenteed a seat unless the stop is packed. If you happen to miss that bus, like if you see it pull up then pull away and can't get the driver's attention, you can just quickly hoof it over to the HH stop and try to catch the same bus there. You can see the HH area from the road, which is nice because you still feel like you're part of it but not right in it.
If you're after a quiet spot, you'll get a lot of other suggestions here. Everyone seems to have a favorite area.
As far as tips, there's a dvd player in the room so you'd be smart to bring some along, especially if you have little ones and want to keep them entertained in the room. You can rent some dvds at the community center in the HH area but I think they're a bit expensive. There's no food court per se... there's a counter service place and a sit down place, but the counter service only has seats outside and there's not many of them. If you plan on spending a lot of time in the room or not wanting to spend a lot on park food, put in a grocery order with something like Garden Grocer since you'll have the full kitchen. You'll also have the jacuzzi tub which is nice, but it takes awhile to fill up so keep that in mind (probably about 10 minutes). You'll have the laundry room as well, which was nice even just with 2 of us because I'd do small loads every couple days.
