Hi everyone. Planning our first trip to Disney since 2004. There will be 4 of us - myself, husband(his first trip) adult daughter, and 5year old granddaughter(first trip for her
) My husband has MS and mobility issues. We currently have 2 rooms booked at Port Orleans French Quarter. Ours is an king accessible with roll in shower and other room is standard. It doesn’t appear there are any connecting rooms to the king roll in shower so we would hope she would be close by. So getting to my question: I am considering switching over to Old Key West to a 2 bedroom villa. I know some days my husband won’t join us in the parks or do half days and I want him to be comfortable. Are all accessible rooms on the first floor? And if we choose either a roll in shower or accessible tub room which bathroom would that be in? The master with the king, the two queen room, or both? He actually would be ok with the standard room with a shower chair in the separate shower but I can’t take a chance on not having first floor. He would not be able to do the steps. Thank you for your help!
