Have the boats to Disney Springs restarted since they stopped doing temperature checks?

I was under the impression that our dues do not cover the Disney Springs boats, but that the ferries were funded by the Disney Springs Merchants association...At least that is what we were told when the comfy 10 person pontoon boat from OKW (which was funded through our recreation budget) was replaced with the wooden bench seat boats.

We stayed at OKW back in December and I was impressed with how little we had to wait for a bus. Maybe it was just good timing on our part, but it did seem they were coming around quite frequently.
