Old Key West and food allergies

So right now, we have a reservation for the end of June at port Orleans riverside.

We want to switch to a 1 bedroom villa at OKW. But I have a couple of questions:

Do they have allergy free waffles at ether the quick service or the full service place? Do you know if it's namaste or bobs red mill mix? Can I make a request through special diets for them to have that mix? In the morning, all I want is a waffle with bacon which is what I had every morning at POP in December.

Do they have the allergy chicken tenders? That was one of my favorite afternoon snacks at POP and I would be disappointed to no have them at OKW. That could be a deal breaker (no joke....).

Anything else to know about OKW and food allergies? We do plan on keeping some safe food in the kitchen (one of the reasons why we want to switch) but we are planning on spending a good amount of time at the resort so I would love to eat at the quick service and/or sit down with ease.

Thanks!

The quick service at Old Key West is nothing like the food court at Pop. It has a very limited menu. I looked over at all ears for the menus, and don't see that either the counter service or Olivia's has any kind of waffles, let alone allergy free.

Yeah that's what I noticed as well which is why I wanted to ask before we booked. It's unfortunate because that will probably keee us from going back. We went to OKW in a studio years ago when i had fewer allergies and we were only there for 2 nights so I remember very little about it.

I can't help you with the waffles or QS, but we had lunch at Olivia's. DD was given the regular menu to look over. The chef came out to ask what she wanted. She chose what she wanted and he made it GF for her.

If you are getting a 1 bedroom at OKW, you can make breakfast. That's the one meal we always have in the villa. There is a grocery delivery service that will go to Whole Foods or whatever you want. There is a fee of course, but it will no doubt still be cheaper than going out to breakfast every morning.
