Old Dis User/New Name -- Signature Question

I was on the boards wayyy back when, but I couldn't remember my user name and password. Anyway, my question was how do you make the sparkly name things people are putting in thier signatures? Can someone make one for me? Thanks in advance for any help!

um, no ... i don't remember what it was .. but I'm a girl so ... I think I would have chosen a more feminine name
