It's a nice resort with a laid back feeling, sort of like a luxury condo, on vacation in Key West. It is made up of 1,2 and 3 story buildings arranged around a golf course. Each unit has its own exit to the outside. If you have a car, you will be able to park in front of your unit (but the sindows are all to the back, so no parking lot views).
The one beedroom unit is a lot larger than the one bedroom at BCV. You will have a full kitchen (with full size appliances, not apartment size ones) and a laundry room, not a laundry closet. The master bedroom is set up in a similar way to BCV, but slightly larger and the bathroom is also larger. The part we like the best is the huge deck/porch with a large table, 4 chairs and a ceiling fan.
We've never had problems with cleanliness of the units.
Some of the units have just finished renovation (I think buildings 1-29, I'm sure someone will update it). The renovated buildings have all neww stuff, including DVD players. I believe they are replacing the VCRs with DVDs as they renovate.
