Are you looking at the DVC website or WDW website. If your looking to rent with cash, not DVC points. I believe that all the HH rooms are reserved for DVC point use, not cash through WDW.

Just the WDW site. I am not a DVC member.

Those HH area villas are the ones I stated in the previous message. just eight villa buildings are HH area booking category.

And just keep in mind, if you’re driving, the near HH rooms can be quite a pain to find a parking spot, especially on heavy check in days. The main parking lot at HH is quite small and people routinely park in the spots in front of buildings 11-14 (even though they’re not supposed to). We always have a car on property and it was one of the happiest days of our lives when they added the near-HH category so we never had to fear getting put in one of those 4 buildings ever again.
