OKW vaccums?

Just wondering if OKW or BWV have vaccums(sp?) in the one bedrooms, or if I have to call housekeeping to get one? I am thinking about trying out those plastic bags that you can pack clothes in and suck the air out for packing, and that would be fine to do from home, but I won't be able to repack for the trip home without a vaccum. TIA

Yes, the vacuum will usually be in the entry closet.

I don't think they have a hose attachment, so you may still have a challenge ahead.

If you use "Travel Space Bags" you don't need a vacuum to get the air out. Just roll it torwards the sealed end and the air is squeezed out

I think Doc is right about them not having a hose attachement.
My memory is that they are sort of clunky uprights.

Yup, they look kind of old.

You can always sit on your packages. Just leave a small hole for the air to escape from. That's how I usually get the air out! Rolling them up is a great idea too!
