OKW survey...Visa cc

Received a survey email on our recent stay at OKW. After all the ? about our stay/resort, the questions turned to how would I pay, if Disney no longer accepted Visa cc? Would I still stay at Disney or not? Not sure what to think of these questions. I have the Disney card, Dvc member & also a FL resident. Just wondering what Disney up to now. Anyone else get this survey? What are your thoughts?

yes ago Disney use am ex as its main card and then switched to visa. I think it was referred to as white glove treatment. So like everything they could be looking at switching companies.

I received one about our BWV stay and when I responded what card type I paid with (not Visa) they went thru asking if I would have stayed if they didn't take that, what other card would I have used etc. So it's not just concentrated on Visa but all cards.

They used to not accept Discover at all, too. It's smart to continually poll the customer base on those things in order to have as much information as possible when contracts are up for renegotiation.
