Thanks for the pics, Doc. I like the HM, but it's kinda obvious to me.
Looking at the pictures, I can't help but thinking it doesn't seem like it should have taken 4 months to do it. (Maybe I'm just jealous since the original opening date in Dec. was during my trip!)

First off, thanks Doc for the great photos. I have not seen the slide in person but based on the photos, I am not impressed.

It looks kinda lumpy to me. More like a SandCastle I would build,

I was hoping for something more like the beautiful sparkly ones like they have in the Shadow Boxes at Cape May Cafe. Maybe even with a little pink tint to it.

It will probably be great fun, but it was not what I was expecting.

My daughter is excited, but it does look like a big ole' lump. LUMP - That seems like the appropriate word, doesn't it?

I really hope it looks better in the sun. Isn't it supposed to sparkle at night, too with some fiber optics in it???

Yeah I am not sure I am loving it too much. It looks too big for the area it is in making it look lumpy. BUT I bet you the kids love it and really that is all that matters . Plus it does give the pool more fun.

Doc or anyone---are there stairs or a ramp to the top? DS 8 will want to try it, and uses a w/c.

Thank you for sharing the pictures. I think this slide will have to be seen in person to really be appreciated. What I like best so far is how you slide out through Mickey ears. Very nice touch!

Doc, if you haven't tried it yourself, have you heard any comments from guests who have and do you think it will be as exciting as say, the slides at the other resorts?

Great pictures, thanks Doc.

Looking at the views of the back, the slide fits in perfectly with the existing pail, shovel ect. and looks great. But the view from the pool does look a little blah. Yeah, maybe a sunny day would make it look different. Can't wait to see it in person.

Oh - my DS said "COOL" and that's what really counts

In the photos we saw in May last year there was a lot more color on it. I wonder if there is work yet to be done and they just opened it as is since it was so far behind schedule.
It will certainly liven up the place and is great for the kids
Has anyone been down it yet - I can't wait to try it out
