I was just wondering if there is somewhere to change into swimsuits if you arrive early? We might make it in before check in time as was hoping that we would be able to relax by the pool until we get our room.

Yes, guests arriving early (or staying late) can use the locker room adjacent to the exercise room for changing to enjoy the pool.

You may check in at any time - it may be that the room is not ready but you can get your keys and info packet and they will call you when your room is ready or you can check back later from any house phone if you don't have a cell phone. The changing room also has showers which we often make use of on check out day if we have spent the day at the pool after checking out of the room.

I wasn't sure about this locker room since it was associated with the exercise room which I believe is for 18 and older. Is there in fact an age restriction on the exercise facility? My daughter has a full gym membership at age 12 since she took a course that qualified her to use it bypassing the age restriction.

The locker rooms have entrances directly from outside. It's the bathrooms you use if you are at the pool. I don't know about the age restrictions on the health club.
