OKW resales not passing ROFR

Nuthut: Jaki is such a great lady, so I think she genuinely felt badly for us that two contracts were lost in 3 weeks time. She's definitely very nice to work with and seems excited for us to pass ROFR. She does win either way, but I think she likes to see her clients happy. Also, having a positive experience with your broker means that you are more likely to use them again in the future for an add-on or to recommend them to somebody. Basically, it's just good business practice.

exactly, we are currently trying to decide resale vs SSR. We are going down early October, staying at OKW, and plan on touring SSR. If Disney is going to ROFR everything that comes down the pike, we have more reason to just call our guide and talk it over with him. We may want more BCV points, may LOVE OKW, or may decide to take the SSR deal. So many ???????

Laceemouse, if I recall, seems like most people who posted this week passed ROFR (except for poor AmyBeth & Mike/Carlos). Yes, we have seen a lot more contracts ROFR'd during the past month but Disney hasn't ROFR'd 'everything that came down the pike'! Good luck with whatever you decide and keep us posted!
