OKW resales at $61/point? Really?

For the right sort of buyer, why not give it a whirl? All you lose is time, and if you're buying resale, you're best served by patience in any event.

I wholehearted agree...If I were in the market for more OKW I would absolutely take a shot at one of those, I just wouldn't get my hopes up. In retrospect I guess my comment was aimed more at people who don't understand ROFR.
