OKW renovation request

I know OKW has renovated some 2 bedrooms and with that they added a sleeper chair. Is there anyway I can request one of these rooms, or has anyone stayed in one that was renovated and know the room number (is is possible to request a room #?)?

We just returned from OKW last week. When I asked the CM during check in if our villa was renovated, I was told that all the villas have been renovated now. Since the villas are so big, the sleeper chairs are in all the 1+ bedrooms
If it helps we were in the South point section.
