We had a re-furbished one bed villa in June Building 30, it was fabulous.

Nope. You're not alone. Except for the granite counter tops, I'd be just as happy with an "original" room!

Just back from okw, stayed in dedicated 2bdrm #3431 turtle pond. It was not refurbished yet, but the rooms were in very good shape. I was pleasantly surprised. Having post vacation blues.

Well, the view from those buildings will likely make up for what the decor lacks.

We are here now in Building 47 in a refurb room. Love it!!

We were in Building 23 last week - it has not been refurbished yet.

We have just stayed in a 1 bed in building 40 and they have all been refurbised. They were working on building 39 and they should be finished soon as they were putting the blinds up as we left.

It was lovely

Just back from our 2 week trip yesterday. We spent the first week in a 1 bdr on Turtle Pond - 3528. It had not been refurbished yet, but was in good condition. The only thing we noticed was a big crack in the center of the dining table. They were working on building 39 while we were there. I jog early in the morning and the painters and such were going in between 6:30 and 7 each a.m.

Just check out yesterday we were in building 15 grand villa...it was not redone yet, didn't matter to us, we LOVE OKW!!!

Heading there in a few weeks, have a GV, 1 and 2 bedroom units rented, Dd is getting married at Epcot,reception Cali Grill and DP French Isles we have requested a building that has all units and on a golf green, and is in a quiet area am hoping for South Point building 53, does anyone know the progress in that area??

When we were there in May, they told us at check in that buildings 30, 31, 32, 33, 40 & 43 were completed.

I will be headed down to OKW in 19 days and I was interested to know which GVs had been rehabbed so...

I called the OKW front desk today and asked what buildings were finished with renovations and after getting handed off to a few CMs, I was told that all of Old Turtle Pond was done except for 34 and 35 (that would be buildings 30-44 if I am correct) as well as buildings 45-50.

They also told me that 35 and 51 would be next up in September...

I will let you know what I find out when we get there!

We are in a studio in building 29 now and we still have the old room. That's fine with us. We're having a great weekend!!

we will be at OKW in late OCtober with MIL and FIL both in their 70's. We have a dedicated 2 br in HH. even though they have not been renovated, I think the location is best for us on this trip.

Any reports on dedicated 2 brs in HH are most welcome!

We were @OKW 8/21-27 in bldg 11, room 1124, lock-off 2-bedroom. Not rehabbed and it was fine. We had a great time!

Latest word people are getting from OKW CM's seems to be that HH 11 -14 are up next.

Guess we'll have to wait & see.
