OKW paperwork

I received my OKW paperwork for not extending but have yet to find the time to even look at it. We will be at Disney in a few days. Can I go there with it and have it notarized by them and turn it in ???
If so do I need to make an appointment?
I bought my OKW resale last year so I have no idea even where to go......

Yes, you can sign it and have it notarized at SSR at the DVC sales center. I'd definitely call your guide to make an appointment.

Originally, some people made appointments when they didn't have their paperwork beforehand. But if you have your paperwork, you don't really need to make an appointment. Your guide really isn't involved.
Just go on over to the sales center at SSR, and they'll round up someone who is a notary while you have some cookies and lemonade, then sign the papers, and stop in for some ice cream on your way out.

As mentioned, this does not require your guide. Just go to the SSR sales center and tell them. They will have someone, probably from the Quality Assurance section, come down and take care of everything.

The only thing I'd consider is that it's probably best to go on a weekday during what would be regular business hours. Otherwise the proper people may not be available.
