OKW or SSR

Can anyone give me any reviews on either of these resorts? pics if any...thanks

OKW is older but the rooms are much larger. You are more apt to have some problem with a room at OKW than SSR because of the newness of SSR. Both are independent resorts which is a good thing, they are not attached to a WDW resort like the others. There has been some problems with the help at the attached resorts in the past treating DVC guests like second class citizens. You won't get that at either of these resorts. They both are on the water way to DD and share the same boat now to DD. You can easily walk to DD from SSR however, just a short walk. OKW is less points than SSR for the same time period. If you are golfer than SSR is for you with the golf course right there, the same golf course runs through OKW but clubhouse etc is on the SSR property. I would stay at SSR if I were given a choice, I am a member of OKW so I stay there but it has its problems with maintenance in the past few years. Go with SSR
