OKW NOT close to HH

so I booked an OKW studio in October and was unable to get close to HH. What building should I request to be as close as possible?

Here is a resort map. Bldg. 27 is just outside the periphery of the buildings included in the HH category. It is also close to a bus stop.

Our last trip was OKW too and it was a bit of a walk to HH (build 18 I think) which made it tough to keep our mugs filled.

HH includes Buildings 11-14, 23-26.

Also close to HH, IMO, are 62-64, 15-18 and 27-29. All buildings are close to bus stop and every bus stops at HH before leaving the resort for it's destination - so I would not worry about being anyplace. There is also an internal bus that leaves HH and goes to all of the other bus stops and then back to HH.

I would avoid 28, 29. They are on the side of a fairway and covered in trees. Very little view and it makes the room dark.

Totally agree. These are our least favorite buildings, BUT...They are close to HH. As Doc said, all buses stop at HH, so you really only need to catch the first bus you see. Interesting that someone here felt building 18 was a far to HH. I consider that one of the easy ones to walk to HH. I also LOVE buildings 45 and 46 which are on the canal and about a 5 minute walk to HH.

This morning "close to HH" is not available for 2 nights of our proposed stay so it looks like we may have to look for a building that is "close to HH" but not within the "close to HH" booking category if we decide to stay at OKW.

We loved staying in bldg 26 when we did get HH category so requested bldg 27 last year when we had non-HH. It is very convenient to HH and main pool. The bus stop is right at the corner of the building. We had a view out the back of the building to the golf course so it was quiet. Units overlooking the front would have more road noise - that doesn't bother me at all but thought I'd mention it. I'd definitely request that area again.

I've done on line booking for two reservations so far and no it does not give you the ability to make requests. You can select a celebration, but that's about all you can do.

We like the Turtle Pond pool. Haven't used the other 2 so I have no idea what they are like. My cousin was one near the Millers Rd pool and said they like it. There are lots of people on here who like SOuth Pointe, so I don't think you can go wrong with pools.

Yes I was just there in early March and booked HH studio and I was in building #63 which was very close to HH, only about a 2 minute walk across the street.

Building 18 is our favorite building in OKW. We love the quiet pool there. That is the one we like if we can get it,

One of these days I will figure out which 1 bedrooms have the second entrance. Do the HH 1 bedrooms have that?

When I booked over the phone they asked me if I wanted HH room and said it was not any more points to get it.

Buildings over # 30 have the second entrance to the bathroom, so not everyone is going through the master bedroom.
