It's hard to say, but supposedly it is to be done by the end of the year.

I thought it was just going to be a slide added to the "old" pool. Are they not closing "old" pool to add the slide. Did I miss this?

No new pool, just a slide, but the pool will be closed and it is supposedly going to include some reworked areas near the pool as well. Not sure if that means the community center or what.
