OKW - New appliances & furniture?

Does anyone know which buildings at OKW have been updated with new appliances and/or furniture?

We were in 4225, it had new furniture but not new appliances.

I had heard that they were completely done with Phase 1. That would be buildings up to and including 29.

We were in Building 24 in October and had new appliances and new furniture.

I was in two different studios in December in the 24/26 buildings (or something like that I can't remember my exact numbers right off hand) and the only thing that appeared to be new was the mattresses - now if they only would include a stepstool for those of us that are vertically challenged!!!

The table and chairs were the same, the beds were the same, the coffee maker was the same, toaster was the same.

Now when I was coming back on one of the busses - I saw them moving furniture into one of the Miller Road buildings...and it was rainy so I couldn't tell you which building it was but it was a big semi type truck.

At the owners meeting in Dec., they stated that all of the units would be refurbed by the end of this year.

Does the furniture look different or is it the same upholstery? How about the sleeper sofa. I think they mentioned they were getting a new style at the Member Meeting. (The originals were Castro Convertibles which I think was sold to some other company.)

While at the owners meeting they stated that while looking at furniture for Saratoga Springs, they found a new type of sofa and will replace the ones at OKW with these.
