OKW Near HH - Is it hard to get?

Just back from OKW - studio, 2nd floor, bldg. 62. It was fine! I was skeptical at first, since we were literally at the corner of Miller's Rd. and Peninsular Rd. We experienced little noise, surprisingly, since every bus went past us - twice! But the room was quiet and extremely convenient. We were at the last bus stop leaving, and the first bus stop coming home! We enjoyed the easy access to Olivia's and Gurgling Suitcase, and the pool.
I'm planning on requesting it again for our trip in January!
