Do they still play Jimmy Buffett music? They did in July but I read on this forum that they are changing formats I hope this is not true because IMHO this type of music really belongs at this resort. It wouldn't be the same walking around the resort listening to disco, hip-hop, jazz, rap, swing and a lot more types I can't remember.

In keeping with the mood of the resort I think what they have now is great. Maybe (SOME) Reggae , Jamaican

The Jimmy Buffett music is gone. We returned from OKW Friday and they played what I would call old standards while we were there.

They do have a DJ by the pool on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday who plays music more in the style of Jimmy Buffett, Beach Boys, etc. He takes requests, so just ask...

I read that same post here too back in Aug but when I was there Labor Day. Jimmy was definitely playing...

Too bad they quit playing Jimmy Buffet! We're going in December and my Mom really likes Jimmy Buffet!
