OKW mattresses

OMG, I love the code phrases. :rotfl: I must try them out on DH.

Hopefully, instead of "pun" ishment, it will lead to a Happy Place -- a Laughing Place, or both. Now, about those mattresses -- I'm still steamed they took away the footboards.

Where are those snappy comebacks when I need one? :confused3  Let's see. Hmmm. E-Ticket Ride? Extra Magic Hour? Soarin' Over OKW? Fantasmic!?! . . . .

Pure and simple "Fantasy Land or Adventure Land". At least its not "The Laugh Floor". I always get told "Tomorrow Land".

We stayed in a one bedroom unit at OKW last week. The king mattress in the bedroom was fine. However, the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on. We had unexpected guests our second night (their reservation got messed up), and we gave them the king bed (respect for our elders!). I woke up with such a backache in the morning. I opened the sleeper chair and finished resting there. The chair's mattress was thicker and a bit more comfortable. Both were very hard though.

I agree with you on the sleeper sofas at OKW. And they are terrible to sit on as well. The last one we had had two different sized cushions on it. And the love seat wasn't much better for sitting.

We had the new mattress and it was very comfortable. The only issue we had sleepwise was the mattress on sofa. DD said it was lumpy which it was, and were comparing to BWV and VWL. But she didnt lose sleep over it.

You aren't kidding about the sleeper sofas being terrible to sit on! Ours was so hard I called it Fred Flinstone's sofa. :)

If you sit on an end, the cushion flies up in the middle or you fall in the gap between the arm and the cushion. And the fabric is so darned itchy.
