OKW July 31 - August 8. Who else will be there?

I have read so much about OKW that I feel the same way. I think this resort will be one that we check availability for quite often in the future. Let us know how your trip goes, as if we need any more excitement to get ready. We will be into the final countdown when you leave.

Last year we stayed for our first DVC stay at our home resort of SSR and then went to BWV for 3 nights. I love SSR and we enjoyed BWV but I doubt we will stay at BW again. Anyway.....there has always been this pull to want to stay at OKW long before we ever became members. There is something about that resort that just CLICKS FOR ME. I think we will have nothing but rave reviews. I promise to check in on the board after our trip.

Less than two weeks now!!! Anybody else going to be there with us???

We are getting so excited. With all the planning, it still feels like we won't be ready when the time comes. But then, it seems like the time is passing so slooooowwwwwwwllllllyyyyyyyyyyy.

rbuzzotta, let us know if there is anything we can do to make your vacation better, and help put a smile on your DD10s face. I hope we run into you because I have some ideas of things I would like to do for her to help her at least feel some of the magic.

DW and I will be there Aug 6-14. First time at OKW and Discovery Cove

Three of us will be in an OKW one-bedroom near HH from 8/5-8/9...and we cannot wait...it's our third (in two years) last-minute, pixie-dust-laden reservation! SOOOOOOO excited! Did I say we can't wait?

It's me, one teenager (17) (family friend) and one young adult (21), my DS...we're all so looking forward to it!

Congrats on the good fortune. We were able to call late and add a day to the front end of our trip near HH also. We will be there for only the one night and then hopefully we will get something at Turtle Pond or South Pointe.
