Reading the posts regarding poor housekeeping at OKW has made me wonder - How do they actually clean certain areas?
Shower stalls - due to size, they must have to actually get in the stall to reach and clean the walls, wouldn't they? How do they rinse off cleaning products with no hand held shower? How do they clean the shower floor? When we have had full housekeeping, I am pretty sure the inside of the shower was not touched.
Whirlpool tubs - These are huge at OKW so no way to reach across from the outside to clean the inside of tub. Do they have to climb in or what?
I don't recall ever seeing a vacuum cleaner with the housekeeping carts. Do they just use the uprights in each unit? If so, with no attachments, there would be no way to get into narrow spots or to vacuum baseboards, etc.
It would be interesting to see exactly how staff are trained to clean the various areas.
