OKW HA Grandvilla

Can anyone tell me the layout of the HA GrandVillas at Old Key West . I didnt know if they were 2 floors as well.

I've checked into it but have not personally seen however yes, it's 2 stories so the access is only for the first floor and thus it's the master.

There is a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper chair on the first floor in the living room next to the master bedroom. There is a small bathroom just off the living room near the entrance to the master bedroom. But the other two bedrooms and bathrooms are up the stairs and not accessible if someone can't take the stairs.

Bldg 63 and 48 are the only buildings with HA GV.

The elevator does not open onto the second floor of the grand villa. So, there is no HA access for any of the OKW GV. The elevator bldg is 63 and will have the entrance on the first floor of the GV; bldg 48 has the GV entrance on the first floor, inside non HA to get to the two second floor bedrooms. All the rest of OKW have their entrances on the second floor,with walk up outside stairs for the main entrance. Some of the other GV in other resorts are on one floor.

Some of the other GV in other resorts are on one floor.

And some of the other resorts have 2 story GV's but you can access the second floor via the resort elevator and a second door into the unit on the upper floor.

Yes they are 2 stories. The first floor has the master bedroom and bathroom as well as the sleeper sofa. The master bathroom is HA. The GV in building 48 is on the ground floor. The second floor of the GVs at OKW is only accessible by the stairs inside the GV. My family stayed in the GV in building 48. It was comfortable. Several of us stayed in a 2 BR HA in the same area.
