Is there enough room in one of the upstairs bedrooms for an air mattress? We will have 12 and I thought about bring an air mattress so no one had to sleep on the sofa.

Yes, the upstairs room that has 2 full size beds has plenty of room for an air matress. We are doing this again in October for one of the families with us who has 2 DDs and one DS. They want all 5 of them in the same room, so we put the little guy on an air matress.
